Our Services

1

Firestopping

Firestopping entails filling openings and joints between walls and floors with fire resistant materials inhibiting the spread of fire between 'compartments' within a building.

2

Intumescent Paint

Intumescent paint is a coating that reacts to heat by swelling in a controlled manner to many times its original thickness, producing a thick foam like substance formed by a large number of small bubbles that act as an insulating layer to protect the steel frame of the building.

3

Shotblasting

Intumescent shotblasting is the process of removing old intumescent paint or preparing steel surfaces before new fire protection coating is applied. It ensures the surface is clean and properly prepared for effective adhesion and long-term fire resistance.

4

Boarding

Boarding is the installation of fire-resistant boards around structural steel to provide passive fire protection. It’s a clean, durable solution that helps maintain a structure’s fire rating.
